Every client engagement with Tesoro Events begins with a "Discovery Meeting" where your specific objectives, challenges and opportunities are discussed.

Following your Discovery Meeting, we will prepare a customized proposal detailing our recommended approach for achieving your objectives. Our proposal will feature one of the following relationship models:

Project related engagement
When your need has a well defined start and end point, a project related engagement may make the most sense. This approach can also allow you to pursue larger opportunities in stages.

Retainer relationship
If you would be best served by securing a firm block of time from Tesoro Events each month, a retainer relationship provides you with ongoing support covering a range of issues including launch implementation & coaching.

Joint venture
If your goal is to limit your exposure on a new event launch, a joint venture where risks and rewards are shared with Tesoro Events may be your optimal choice.
